This Detective Book Club 3-in-1 Mystery Omnibuses from September 1953 and October 1955 are vintage/antique items that will surely delight any fan of “Hard-boiled Crime Fiction” from the literary movement of Realism. Each of the two books features three great novels written by renowned authors; such as George Bagby, Lee Thayer, George Simenon, John Creasey, Lionel White, and Max Franklin. These books are book club editions that may or may not contain first edition or rare stories.  These books are in very good condition and will be a valuable addition to any detective mystery book collections. The dust jackets are in not so great condition, as there is ripping and tearing in multiple spots along with fading and discoloration from both oxygen and light exposure.  None of this affected the actual hard cover which is in great condition with no damage to the page edgings.  The front inside cover page may or may not have a small name or price inscription in the upper right corner.  No other marking, writing, or highlighting was found throughout the books.
